Fourth of July Fun

Happy Monday, Friends!
How was your extended weekend?!

We celebrated our 4th with a few of your favorite things - Freedom, Fireworks, Food, & Friends! (love a good alliteration!)

No holiday would be complete without a festive baking project....

Followed by pool time!

And grilling out with the family!
Since it's rained so much we haven't finished painting all the pallet furniture yet - but no worries, it's Axe Approved!

Smores anyone?

And we wrapped up a the weekend with a little sand and sun on Lake Michigan. So FUN!

I hope your weekend was filled with as much fun as we had!
Did you do anything exciting?!

Frankly my dear...happy Monday!

  1. Oh how we are meant to be sister friends! Love your acknowledgement of a good alliteration! They are my favorites!

Your weekend looked so festive and fun! We had a great time with our parents in to help us get our house ready to show. We also ate a TON of fresh food from the garden!

    Happy Monday friend!

  5. What a fun 4th!! My baking was an experiment this weekend...my hubby's grandpa is diabetic so I tried sugar-free peanut butter cookies. Thankfully, they turned out pretty well!
