Viva Las Vegas

Last week Mom & I traveled to Las Vegas! She was on business and I tagged along for some fun. We arrived on Sunday evening and boy were we slap happy when we finally got there! After waiting 2 hours for a cab to our hotel, chasing receipts down the strip, and being charged for everything under the flashing lights, we both agreed that Vegas was a “unique” place! Monday we got out and explored the famous shopping of Vegas before having dinner 56 stories above the strip! I am so thankful for the memories that I got to make with my mom. I am very blessed to have such an amazing mom and friend!

While we there I also visited with my aunt and uncle who I do not get to see much! It was great to see them and all the interesting sights of the area outside of Las Vegas. They took me to Death Valley National Park, the original Bonnie & Clyde Car, Red Rock National Park, & they even showed mom and I around the strip of Vegas!

Frankly My Dear…I am thankful for mini-vacations!
