Cinco de Mayo. First Saturday in May. Derby Day. Our Anniversary….One of these is WAY more special than the others!
May 5th 2012 was an incredible day…one of the best days of my life – I married my best friend!! One year later and I love him more and more every day! That’s the funny thing about marriage…you learn to love the little things WAY more than before, you forgive and forget easier, and you learn that life without your other half would be absolutely impossible without them by your side!
So on this day of sombreros & margaritas or derby hats & mint juleps…I will take my one year old wedding cake and champagne with the man I love the most!!
Frankly my dear… I am a lucky lady!
