Happy Snowy Sunday from Northern Indiana!
It started snowing this morning around 4 am & still hasn’t stopped. With the snow we got over the last week and today, we’re pushing the 11 inch mark with 16+ likely! That’s a lot of snow for this southern gal! But like any good twenty something married couple, we took full advantage of the snowy day off!
We made a snow man…classy of course!
Enjoyed the now “Blizzard” conditions….Yes, we are officially in a state of emergency for a blizzard. There’s a first for everything!

And made SNOW CREAM!
If y’all have never made this snowy delicacy, you are missing out! It’s super easy & so delicious!
There are several different recipes ranging from one or two ingredients up to eight or more. I love the rich, creamy snow cream so here’s my famous concoction!
What you’ll need:
Evaporated Milk
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla (a capful)
Sugar (a couple tablespoons to taste)
Fresh, Clean, Fluffy SNOW.
Mix all your ingredients. I mixed the four ingredients above & then added the snow.
Keep stirring until you’ve reached the consistency you like! I little it thicker, kinda like custard, but if you want it to be thinner just add a dash of milk!
