Tuesday Tea {Welcome}

Welcome to Tuesday Tea, Friends!

I am so thrilled you have decided to join Khala, Samantha, Reneé, & I for this weekly link-up date! My hope for this little party is for it to be a sweet part of our week where we learn about each other & share fun things in our lives.

Today I am pumped to share my Coffee Bar plans & inspiration with you! I know, I know, this is Tuesday TEA, not coffee, but it’s a Tea Bar too! They’re like family…can’t have one without the other!

A couple of weekends ago when I was at home with my mom, we went shopping (of course!). We stumbled across this quaint little antique/flea market store outside of town & wasted the day away – not even kidding.

Of course I didn’t leave empty handed…

This old antique desk caught my eye & HAD to have it. I have had visions of coffee bars floating around in my head for a while now. When I saw this gem…I knew it had to be mine. A few short measurements and exchange of offers later…it was MINE!

This past weekend I finally got her in place & my creative brain has been in overdrive thanks to Pinterest.

My original inspiration…

and it continues with these ideas….

Last but not but least, I am working on this beautiful quote for some word art….

What do you think?!
Any suggestions on Coffee Bar Essentials?

Thanks for stopping by, loves! See you next week!

Frankly my dear…Coffee {and Tea} First!

    Happy Tuesday Tea! I'm loving the new coffee/tea bar. Are you planning to paint it? I love the color of the mint one above. It makes my little tiny coffee bar look pitiful haha! Have a great day & thanks for hosting the link up today! Katelynhttp://realhousewifeofgreenville.blogspot.com

    Ooo I can't wait to see the finished project, I LOVE old desks with all the little drawers. I've seen several super cute coffee bars lately floating around on blogs – am I missing out that I just have my coffee maker and a cute little red canister that I DIY painted coffee on next to it? Have a great day lady!

    LOVE the coffee bar! SO neat — I have a bar cart in my apartment, but a coffee bar would be fun too! And I'm loving that antique writer's desk. My parents have one, and I used to love to play in all the little compartments when I was a little girl (and their's had hidden ones, too!)xo
