Good Morning, Friends!
I am so incredibly overwhelmed by the kind comments & emails I have received over the past week. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. Please know that I appreciate them so & that getting through these valleys in life wouldn’t be possible without the prayers & hope we have in Jesus!
Hopefully this will get me started with my usual routine agin. I am still traveling back & forth for family and work so bear with me just a little longer.
Over the past several days I’ve spoke with many family members and friends about just how much cancer sucks. It’s painful, gut-wrenching, downright evil. But, it’s part of this world and part of His plan…His glorious unfolding.
I had a really rough day yesterday as I start to transition back into my normal routine. The past week has been a blur but now that reality is setting in, it seems wrong. It honestly hurts to think about life without my friend. I know, without a shadow of a doubt that this is God’s plan. Despite my own selfish ideas of what life should look like, it’s not what he has in mind.
I was driving yesterday & heard this song for the first time. It’s perfect.

I am so thankful for the hope that is found in Jesus. Aren’t you?!
This is a promise I am clinging to this week & know that God’s plan is greater.
It’s awesome, unimaginable, and in all ways right. It’s not over yet!!
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
