I am Jenni.
I am the almost thirty wife and girl-mom-to-be behind the words here at Frankly My Dear!
My husband, Luke, and I recently returned back to the Bluegrass state with our dapper English Bulldog, Axle. We’ve downsized into a small 100+ year old farmhouse & are learning that less truly is more.
A little more about me. . . I am a fiery red head that has been saved by the grace of southern charm and, most importantly, saved by the grace of God. I am a former corporate gal turned creative. I’ve got a passion for small businesses, shopping local, & agriculture.
A little more about the blog. . . in 2011 Frankly My Dear originated as a way for me to document the year of our engagement & I continued after our wedding in 2012 to keep in touch with family & friends when we moved to Indiana. Since then I have built a community of friends from all over the country. It’s been the sweetest gift!!
Today, my goal remains the same. I pray that when you come to the pages of Frankly My Dear, you are encouraged & feel welcomed. I will be sharing little life hacks I’ve learned along the way, things I’m learning in my faith, motherhood, marriage, some of the best (or worst) recipes I’ve tried & hopefully some great deals that you might like too!
Come on in & have a seat at our table, you’re welcome here!
let’s be friends!
